Disabilities board chief under fire

Its about time Gerald Plasenthal gets what is coming to him.   I was employed by the Erie County Board of MR/ DD for 23 years until the board decided to hire Gerald Plasenthal. 

The employees, myself included, tried to get the board to open their eyes to the treatment and the unfairness that transpired with Jerry on board.

The board lost many excellent employees because of him and his unfair practices.

I could sit here and write a book on the downward spiral of the MR/DD facility but my time is limited as I now have a job working with MR/DD clients in an environment where I am treated with dignity and respect!

It is a shame that it has taken so long for the board to open their eyes!   Many past employees lives were turned upside down thanks to Jerry.  What recourse did we have?
