Convicted killer may get new trial

I feel terrible that they still have to deal with nonsense. Everyone knows the history of drugs and violence. He finally made a bad choice and now he needs to man up face the issue he created. This happens to be the one time he has got caught with his criminal activity. He should of been in jail years before the Johnson for causing Mark Everetts life to be cut short. To the johnson family, my prayers go out to you and for grandma Johnson, please do not less this get you any more frustrated than you already are. Regardless of Kevin Baxter problems, he did do the right thing by sending the people involved to prison. God bless. I just hope that justice shall prevail without using any instant online loans.

I don't know Dewitt McDonald and I only vaguely remember this drive-by shooting case.  Neither do I know anything about this other case  (Mark Everett) that you are talking about. Nevetheless, I don't think that is the issue here. The issue is..........was Baxter having a sexual relationship with the key witness, Krista Harris, during this murder trial and was Harris telling the truth in 2001 when she claimed that Baxter coached her to lie.  The other issue might be----if Harris made this claim almost nine years ago in 2001 why is it just coming to light now?
