More photos from President Obama's Strongsville visit

Orlando Pace, Ted Kennedy, Sandy Alomar, Art Linkletter, Kobe Bryant, Jerry from Ben & Jerry's, John McCain, LeBron James...
And the list goes on and on. One of the "perks" of this job is all of the different places that the news takes you and all the people you photograph and sometimes meet in the process.
When President Obama made his visit to Lorain County Community College and rsvp was made for Jason Singer and I to cover the event. Due to a snafu with our arrival coupled with the President arriving early we were unable to get into his town hall meeting. Once the President arrived early, they shut down the media check in. Singer and I watched it from a big screen in an LCCC theatre. I'm pretty sure it wasn't like it would have been actually being there.
I was pretty upset with my failed attempt at doing something I had always wanted to do — photograph a Presidential event. Maybe not a priority for some, but for this small-town newspaper photographer, it is.
We were pretty close during the campaign when Senator John McCain came to Sandusky's Washington Park and met Joe the Plumber for the first time. It was a big deal for Sandusky and a very big deal for reporter Cory Frolik who took a ride on the Straight Talk Express and interviewed the Republican candidate for president.
The former Democratic candidate and now President Barack Obama announced his second trip to Ohio in two months. And it was scheduled for Strongsville, less than an hour away from Sandusky. I was not going to let this opportunity slip away...again.
I planned on getting to Strongsville earlier than we had to Lorain. But I had a small scare when I drove up to where the media parking was supposed to be and was told they had let in all the media they were going to let in for the event. I was able to check in with plenty of time, the President was punctual again, and here are some of the photos that didn't make today's Sandusky Register. I have also included a video of the event provided by the White House.

Beautifully taken pictures Jason, especially no. 1 and 2 from the top... You're one of the lucky few fotographers who's had a opportunity to cover the president in action at an event like this. A little jealous ;), but hats off to you for covering the story so brilliantly in pictures. Best, J. B - Jonathan Budd Mastermind

Obama's Presidential events

Obama's Presidential events does matter  to some Americans , these are their bases  as to how the President  works hard for his economic propaganda and other plans for US. In relation to  Obama's performance rating, there are still some Americans believe the country is on the right track however we cant eliminate that there are some people who would  also found the Obama administrations as a failure.  In politics there are pro and cons but regardless of this the leader should  always have to consider the great welfare of  his people. Perhaps you heard about the credit card reform .It might seem worthy, but it may not do exactly what many expect.   Each government regulation that restricts earning potential, justifiable though it may be, reduces demand but not supply – and in the absence of credit cards, it means more people are going to get payday loans – so when credit card companies are vilified, payday lenders will reap the benefits.  As a result of the CARD act, credit card companies (though no one is shedding tears for them) are anticipating major drops in revenues, which is going to make borrowing money a little more difficult.
