Wow ! I can't believe that it has already been 10 days since I started with Tyra.
Tyra James was chosen as my personal trainer for the year. In the past week in a half, I have lost about four pounds. I'm pretty happy with that so far. My workout at this point consist of a warm up in which I am using the stair stepper and doing pull downs. The pull downs I am doing, you start by raising you arms in the air and when you bring your arms down, your raise your leg up. After my warm up, I ride the bike for 15 minutes, move on to three sets of crunches, followed by 15 minutes on the treadmill, and than back for three additional sets of crunches. After I complete my workout, I have a cool down, which is the same as my warmup.
I am following a low-fat, low-carb, high protein diet. I am eating between 1,200 to 1,400 calories a day. I eat breakfast in the morning, about 30 minutes after I wake up. Three hours later, I have a snack. I always have fruit as my first snack. Three hours later, I eat lunch. Three hours after lunch, I eat my second snack. I usually eat my dinner around 6 p.m. and I do not eat anything else for the rest of the night. I have not been hungry. I also keep a food journal, this helps me not to cheat. Tyra looks at this every day.
